At Dwellings AU we want your experience to be as seamless as possible. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances with our logistics partners.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $100 AUD — $6.95 flat rate shipping
• Orders $100 AUD and over — Free shipping

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Dwellings AU cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or courier delays outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at hello@dwellingsau.com.au
