Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return please contact us at hello@dwellingsau.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dwellingsau.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
